These terms apply to every quote issued by Local Laundry Custom. They appear in full on the last page of every quote PDF and on the approval page customers click to confirm an order. This page is the public permalink.

1. Quote validity

This quote is valid for 14 days from the date issued. Pricing assumes the final artwork matches the specs above. Complex artwork (gradients, additional colours, oversized prints) may revise the quote before production starts.

2. Mockups vs final product

Mockups shown are illustrative approximations only. Upon approval of the sales order, the decorator provides a proof (actual sew-out or print) for your review before production begins.

3. Production timeline

Production begins when the sales order is approved, the 50% deposit is received, and the decorator proof is approved. Delivery is estimated at 4 to 6 weeks from approval, unless confirmed in writing by your sales representative or expedited via rush fee or in-stock items.

4. Delays

Any delay in approval or payment may postpone entry into production. Any delay in decorator-proof approval after production has started may shift the in-hands date. Supplier shortages, shipping disruptions, or other events outside Local Laundry's control will be communicated immediately and may shift the delivery window.

5. Artwork format

All design images must be provided in a vectorized format (.ai, .eps, .svg, or vector PDF). A $50 fee applies for any necessary file conversions.
