Shipping policy

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
Our production times vary based on the collection you are ordering from. Please check your product description to confirm if your item is "Made in Canada" or "International Custom".

MADE IN CANADA (WEEKLY BATCH PROCESS)
To ensure premium quality while supporting local manufacturing, we operate on a weekly production cycle. This allows us to group orders for efficiency without making you wait too long.

- Weekly Cut-Off: We send orders to our decorators every Friday at 12:00 PM MST.
- The Cycle: Orders placed before Friday noon are included in that week's production run. Orders placed after noon roll into the following week's batch.
- Production Time: Please allow approximately 5-7 business days after the Friday cut-off for decoration and quality control.
- Shipping: Once production is complete, your order ships via standard ground service.

Example: If you order on a Tuesday, your garment enters production that same Friday. If you order on Saturday, it enters production the following Friday.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM (STANDARD)
For our international collection, we utilize a standard print-on-demand workflow:
- Fulfillment (2–7 business days): The time it takes to print and pack your custom order.
- Shipping (3–5 business days): The time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package after fulfillment.

Total Delivery Time = Fulfillment + Shipping.

LOST PACKAGES
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international shipments (including US-Canada cross-border), customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country.

WRONG ADDRESS LIABILITY
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Unclaimed packages are donated to charity after 30 days.
